I love animals. Are any minks hurt in the process?

We love animals too and we can guarantee that no animals were hurt in the process of creating Egyptian Queen Lash Royalty Mink Lashes.  The hairs are shed from the tail usually in the warmer months to ensure that no minks are harmed in the process. The collected hairs are properly sterilized and prepared for production.

How many times can the lashes be re-used?

Mink is a natural fibre and therefore will not loose its curl and vitality. They can be re-used 25 times or more with the correct care. We recommend putting mascara on your natural lashes and waiting for it to dry before applying your Egyptian Queen Lash Royalty Mink Lashes.

Are mink lashes difficult to apply?

Egyptian Queen Mink Lashes are very easy to apply. They are made out of a high quality flexible band which wraps around your eyelid very easily. Our lashes can be applied in less than 5 minutes. 

Can I return or exchange my lashes?

If you are unhappy with your purchase we may be able to offer an exchange as long as you return the lashes in their original packaging. We cannot exchange or refund you for worn eyelashes for sanitation purposes. 

I need the lashes for a special event. How long will delivery take? PLEASE NOTE DUE TO COVID-19 ALL SHIPPING IS DELAYED.

All orders are shipped with tracking. Tracking will be sent in an email when shipped. if you add your mobile/cell number at checkout a text will also be sent. If you require an express courier service for urgent delivery please email us and we will process your order manually.

Can I return my wig or lashes?

There is no exchange or refund on all items due to hygiene reasons.
